Been helping out on a remodel and it’s crazy how fast small details turn into big problems. One wrong cut, one late delivery, and the whole plan shifts. Makes you respect the planning side a lot more. I’ve been learning how much material takeoff matters before you even start. Anyone else had those “wish I planned that better” moments on site?
